In September 2027, the IWBF Wheelchair Basketball European Championships come to Liverpool – showcasing the world’s best athletes who redefine what it means to be powerful, skilled, and relentless.

Eighteen of Europe’s best men’s and women’s teams. Nine days of adrenaline-charged elite competition at the M&S Bank Arena, with direct qualification to the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games on the line. The chance to become European Champions and secure a trip to LA – IT’S ALL TO PLAY FOR.
